The IPDA is mobilizing to obtain the registration in the CATI – Committee of the area of technology and information, organ of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Information (MCTI), which accredits the research and development institutions to receive resources of the law of Computer.
It is a law that creates tax incentives for companies that invest in R&D in the area of hardware and automation, directed to products and solutions of information technology.
Companies that invest in research and development activities (R&D) of information technology and that produce goods of informatics, automation and telecommunications are assisted by the basic productive process – PPB, defined by MDIC and MCTI (art. DECR's first. N º 5.906/06).
